1. Payments

1.1 All payments must be made in advance via PayPal, bank transfer, or Tikkie.

1.2 Payments made via PayPal incur an additional fee of €1.50.

1.3 Orders will only be processed once the payment has been received.

2. Shipping, Pickup, and Personal Delivery

2.1 All items are shipped after they have been authenticated.

2.2 Shipping costs depend on whether you choose insured shipping and your location.

2.3 Pickup is available by appointment, which costs €30 and must be paid in advance to reserve the appointment.

2.4 Personal delivery is available for a pre-determined fee based on location, which must also be paid in advance.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Appointments for personal deliveries, pickups, and video consultations can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance at no charge.

3.2 Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows will incur a fee of €50, which must be paid within 24 hours. Failure to pay may result in further consequences.

4. Liability

4.1 If something goes wrong with the delivery, you can contact us, and we will work with the respective courier company to resolve the issue, provided that the package was sent with insurance.

4.2 If you choose uninsured shipping, the risk is entirely on the customer.

4.3 If the issue cannot be resolved, a discount on a future order may be offered, including personal delivery, which must be paid for in advance.

5. Video Consultations

5.1 Video consultations can be reserved at a rate of €30 per hour.

5.2 One person can reserve up to 2 hours per day for a video consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All images, texts, and the brand name By Antonio Fashion are the intellectual property of By Antonio Fashion.

6.2 It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any of these without permission.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

7.2 Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
